Data Deletion Instructions

Sporting Technology Ltd. provides FLOW, a SaaS platform used by sports, leisure and activity businesses. Sporting Technology Limited is registered in England under Company Registration Number 05322489.

This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with Sporting Technology, FLOW, and connected services such as Google Ads, Meta or similar advertising platforms.

Customer Data in FLOW

If your personal data is held in FLOW by one of our customers, that customer usually controls the data and user relationship. Please contact that organisation first so they can handle your request directly.

If you contact Sporting Technology about data held by one of our customers, we may need to refer your request to that customer or act on their instructions.

Sporting Technology Account or Integration Data

If you want Sporting Technology to delete account, contact, support or integration data that we control, email us at webmaster@sportingtechnology.com.

Please include:

• Your name and email address.
• The business or organisation your request relates to.
• The service or integration involved, such as FLOW, Google Ads or Meta.
• Any relevant account, ad account or business account name.
• A clear description of the data you want deleted.

Connected Advertising Accounts

If a FLOW customer disconnects a Google Ads, Meta or similar advertising account, Sporting Technology will stop using that connection for future imports. On request, we will delete or disable stored connection credentials where Sporting Technology controls those credentials, subject to legal, security and audit requirements.

Response Time

We will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable period. Where legal obligations or security requirements require us to retain limited information, we will explain this where appropriate.
