These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to the website, software, SaaS platform, integrations and related services provided by Sporting Technology Ltd. ("Sporting Technology", "we", "us" or "our"). Sporting Technology Limited is registered in England under Company Registration Number 05322489. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Services

Sporting Technology provides software and technology services for sports, leisure and activity businesses, including the FLOW platform, operational management tools, reporting, integrations and related support. Our customers use FLOW for their own organisations, staff, venues, clients, bookings, advertising accounts and operational data.

Customer Accounts

Customers are responsible for ensuring that users are authorized to access their account, for keeping login credentials secure, and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. Customers are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information they enter into our services, and for ensuring they have the necessary rights and lawful basis to process that information through FLOW.

Acceptable Use

You must not use our services to:

• Break the law or infringe the rights of others.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with service operation or security.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts or data.
• Misuse third-party integrations or access data without permission.
• Use the services in a way that may damage Sporting Technology, our customers or third parties.

Third-Party Services and Integrations

Our services may allow customers to connect third-party services, including advertising, communications, payment, analytics and support platforms. Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the authority to connect those services and for complying with the terms of the third-party provider.

Where a customer connects Google Ads, Meta or similar advertising platforms, Sporting Technology will access and use the connected data only on behalf of that customer and only to provide the requested service features, such as importing, reporting and analysis, unless the customer expressly enables additional functionality.

Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of their business data. For customer data entered into FLOW, Sporting Technology usually acts as a processor or service provider and processes that data to provide, maintain, secure and improve the services, to provide support, and to meet legal obligations. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Fees and Payment

Fees, billing cycles, payment terms and any applicable taxes are set out in the relevant order form, proposal, invoice, subscription agreement or written contract between Sporting Technology and the customer.

Availability and Support

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, updates or emergency changes where necessary. Support arrangements may be set out in a separate agreement.

Intellectual Property

Sporting Technology and its licensors retain all rights in our software, platform, designs, documentation, know-how and related intellectual property. Customers may use the services only as permitted by these Terms and the applicable customer agreement.

Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Confidential information must be protected using reasonable care and used only for purposes connected with the services, unless disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sporting Technology will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is non-payment, security risk, misuse of the services, breach of these Terms, or where required by law. Customers may stop using the services subject to any applicable agreement or notice period.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this website. Continued use of the services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
